Holly blends relaxation massage with a therapeutic touch that changes with the evolving unique needs of the client. She draws on a variety of techniques from neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue work. These modalities, in combination with joint mobility and general movement assist the body in relaxation and reeducating the neuromuscular system.
Holly's work is thorough and can be specific. Her clinical experience provides her with the ability to work with clients with special needs such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, diabetes, Parkinson's and post-surgical patients. Holly also truly enjoys providing pre and post-natal massage.
After traveling and working abroad for nearly a decade, Holly is happy to call Ashland her new home. When not giving massage, she can be found on the hiking trails, enjoying the surrounding nature.
Jenny is a Federally Licensed massage therapist; a certified Hatha yoga instructor, teaching several weekly classes in Ashland; and an Ayurvedic educator. She completed her massage certification/licensing program in Boulder, Colorado in 2000. Her practice has primarily been working with athletes and people with chronic pain or acute injuries.
Jenny uses trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and deep tissue massage techniques in her bodywork sessions. While she likes to focus on specific injuries or areas of chronic pain, her sessions are nurturing and holistic. Jenny incorporates yoga stretching and strengthening exercises at the request of her clients.
In her spare time Jenny enjoys trail running, yoga, mountain biking, soccer, meditation, reading, gardening, spending time with her family, and learning new things.

Jim has an Advanced Certification in Orthopedic Massage from Port Townsend School of Massage in Washington. He specializes in injury and chronic pain treatment, however, his work can benefit anyone who would like to move more freely.
His training in structural balance and injury assessment allows him to identify specific areas limiting movement that can cause pain. He utilizes a number of techniques including Myofascial Release and Muscle Energy Techniques to free restrictions in soft tissue and to improve joint mobility.

Jon uses a variety of modalities that include Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish andSports massage. Jon draws from these techniques to help treat people with chronic pain, athletic and non-athletic injuries, stress, low back pain and headaches.

Melissa is a guest therapist from San Francisco. She comes with a lot of massage and bodywork experience (14 years) in the Bay Area and great deep tissue techniques. Stuart specializes in melding clinical and relaxation massage. He finds myofascial release and neuromuscular techniques to be beneficial in resolving postural issues and chronic tension-pain patterns.
Stuart is a graduate of the Ashland Institute of Massage, but also draws on his engineering background to gain understanding of the relationship between structure and function in the body. Stuart firmly believes in preventative care and compassionately supporting the body’s ability to heal itself.
When not working with muscles and joints, Stuart tends his bees, hikes the Siskiyou mountains, and picks a salty banjo. Philip is a treatment oriented Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and director of Siskiyou Massage. He graduated, with honors, from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT) in 1999.
